The switch takes about a week, and we do the lifting.

      1. You tell us who you already employ and what you pay today.
      2. We talk to your employee directly, in their time zone, and answer their questions.
      3. We prepare the Philippine employment contract and register SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG.
      4. First compliant pay run. Same role, same manager, no missed payday.

Your employee set up with payroll, HMO and statutory benefits within 7 business days, or your first month is free.

Here's what we guarantee that others can't, or won't.

Most providers hold the headline price still and let the invoice climb instead. A new mandatory line item here, an add-on repriced there, an uplift at renewal.

      1. Our fee is $300 AUD per employee per month, fixed for life. Never indexed, never reviewed, never repriced.
      2. Your employee set up with payroll, HMO and statutory benefits within 7 business days, or your first month is free.

Both sit in your agreement, not just on this page.

We wanted to put more money in the pockets of our Philippine employees, and Benchmark 365 made that possible with Benchmark Employ. The process was easy to implement, cost-effective, and professionally managed from start to finish.

Your employee joins a real company.

We have employed people across the Philippines since 2010, from Manila to Cebu, with our own teams there and in Australia. Your employee is not a line on a payroll portal. They get local colleagues, local HR and someone they can call in their own time zone.

That is also why the switch works. We speak to your employee directly, answer their questions, and help them transition, so they stay confident through the move.

No pitch deck and no proposal. We will ask what you pay per person today and what your provider actually covers, then tell you on the call whether we can do better. If we can't, we will say so.

This is for businesses that already employ people in the Philippines, usually through a BPO or seat lease provider. We do not recruit the person for you.

No obligation. You can pick a time on the next screen, or we will come back to you.

Or go straight to my calendar

      The questions everyone asks

They sign a new employment contract with us, drafted to Philippine law. Day to day, nothing changes: same role, same manager, same work. You still direct their priorities and their outcomes, we just take the paperwork off your desk.

An Employer of Record is a company that legally employs someone on your behalf in a country where you have no legal entity. We hold the employment contract, run the payroll, and carry the statutory obligations under Philippine law.

So we are the legal employer, which is the whole point: you get a compliant Philippine employee without setting up a Philippine company. You still make every call that matters, on pay, promotions, discipline and termination. We make sure each one is carried out legally.

Where someone is genuinely engaged as a contractor rather than an employee, we act as Contractor of Record instead, which works the same way.

Employment contracts, payroll and salary payments, tax, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG remittances, statutory benefits, reimbursements through payroll, and resignation or termination processing. In short, everything that turns an informal arrangement into a legitimate one.

HMO cover, equipment procurement and background checks are available on top if you want them.

Our fee. $300 AUD per employee per month, and it never changes for the life of your agreement. Not indexed to CPI, not reviewed annually, not adjusted when the exchange rate moves, and not adjusted when you give your employee a raise. If your employee moves on and you replace them, the replacement comes in under the same agreement at the same $300 AUD.

What is not fixed, because nobody can fix it: your employee's wages, which you set. Philippine statutory costs like SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and tax, which the government sets. HMO premiums, which the insurer sets. And the exchange rate.

Those are passed through at cost with nothing added by us, and we tell you before they move. We fix the one price we control. On everything else, we keep you in the loop.

One invoice a month, in advance, in AUD or USD, with 2 kinds of line on it.

Our fee: $300 AUD per employee per month, fixed for life.

Your employee's costs: salary, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and HMO, passed through at cost with nothing added. Those move when wages or Philippine law move, and we restate them only if the exchange rate shifts more than 5 percent for 2 consecutive months.

So your invoice total can change. Our fee cannot. A one-month deposit applies at the start, and we pay your employee directly into their Philippine account.

It's a 12-month agreement, and it covers the role rather than the person. If your employee moves on, you hire their replacement and we employ them under the same agreement, at the same fee, so you are never starting from scratch.

There is no minimum headcount. 1 employee gets the same treatment as a team of 20, and most clients start with the person they already have.

You do, automatically. Every employment agreement we write assigns intellectual property to you, which is exactly the protection an informal arrangement does not give you.

Keep your team. Fix the paperwork. Lock the fee.
