A Unique Peers Experience

Participants are joined with other like minded MSPs into monthly accountability groups which are held virtually 11 times per year. The sessions run for 90-120 minutes.

Each participant is asked to share a monthly update covering business and other challenges impacting their growth.

Participants generate key topics for discussion such as sales challenges, marketing obstacles, customer difficulties and business process bottlenecks - the group, lead by an expert facilitator, then workshop solutions.

Monthly SMART goals keep participants on track with their ambitions, with the support of their fellow Peers.

The Benchmark Peers Difference

Eligibility

Eligible participants must be the owner of a managed service provider with annual revenue of US$250,000 or higher and 3+ years in business—ensuring you join peers ready to scale.

To get the most value, commit 90 minutes monthly to your online accountability group meeting.

Cost

The program runs annually between July 1st and June 30th and can be paid monthly or annually.

Benchmark Partners receive complimentary access to the program so long as they are a current subscriber. Non-Benchmark Partners can subscribe monthly for $350 or annually for $3500. Annual fees are pro-rata (e.g., join mid-year for just $1750).

Is the program for MSP owners only?

Yes, Benchmark Peers is aimed at MSP, MSSP and ITSP business owners not employees or executives.  The program is effective at identifying and tackling issues that affect business owners. 

Are there in person meetings?

The program is offered to US, Canadian, New Zealand and Australian MSPs.  Meetings are held virtually 11 times per year however some participants do meet in person if they’re in close regional proximity. 

How much time do I need to commit to get the most out of Benchmark Peers?

To maximize value, be ‘all in’—spend 1-2 hours preparing updates and topics, engage in the WhatsApp group, and attend 11 high-impact, 90-120 minute accountability meetings per year. Your growth depends on full participation, setting actionable goals, and implementing change in your MSP. 

How do I prepare for a meeting?

Participants are provided with a 360o insights worksheet designed to help you think about the challenges or obstacles your MSP is facing.  Participants believe that a problem well-articulated is a problem half solved.  By spending 1-2 hours before the meeting considering your obstacles and sharing them with the group, you’ll get maximum results from the meeting. 

What happens if I can’t attend a monthly meeting?

Each group has their own rules and level of expectations. As a general rule if you can’t attend a meeting you’re expected to let your fellow participants and work with them to reschedule the meeting at a time that is suitable for all participants. 

How long can I stay in Benchmark Peers?

You can stay in Benchmark Peers as long as you like.  Benchmark Partners receive free complimentary access to the program, while non-Partner participants renew annually.
